"Stop doing Juju on me" - Footballer Emmanuel Adebayor tells his Mum

Togolese Footballer/Tottenham striker, Emmanuel Adebayor has denied the claims he kicked his mum out of his house because he thought she was a witch and that his family should 'stop doing Juju' on him.

Speaking to Peace FM, Ghana, Emmanuel said:

" Obviously I'm not a pastor, I am a footballer so I cannot point out a witch. I never sacked my mum from the house. She decided to leave the house. How am I going to be in touch with my mum if my mum is the one telling everyone that my work will not go forward, so I will just be on my side and do my thing. They should stop talking, they should stop doing Juju on me, they should leave me alone. I bought a $1.2m house in East Legon for the one talking and calling herself my sister. Disturbing Video: Babysitter brutally torture a Little Infant in Ugandan

  

I was having a good day till I saw this very disturbing video on facebook (as posted by Andrew Desh Kananura). This allegedly happened in Uganda and has gone viral. The nanny is seen kicking, flinging and stepping on a little girl who wouldn't be more than three years old, just because she puked after feeding her. I was outraged after watching this. This act is completely wicked, excessive and insane. 

In my bid to understand the source of such intense callousness and hatred, I was forced to ask myself, how the mother of the baby could be treating this housemaid, which must have prompted such a display of wickedness? Though that should not be an excuse, but could that be the source of this absolute, extreme abuse? 

According to reports, the nanny has been arrested and remanded in Luzira prison. The kid is alive and well.

Nigeria: Governor Oshiomole and Governor Fayose go Cat and Dog

 

Nigerian political scene has become nothing but a cinema of funny and unbearable displays, from the law Makers jumping National Assembly gate to governors fighting with words.

Governor Oshiomole of Edo state and Governor Ayo Fayose have taken to press releases to trade words and fight each other to the extent of name calling. Yesterday Governor Oshiomole blasted Governor Fayose saying;

"If the Ekiti Governor is too lazy to read and too politically illiterate to know what is happening in Edo State House of Assembly, we expected his psychedelic media aides to simply shut their loud mouths rather than behave like capering neophytes."

In reply, via his Special Assistant on New Media Governor Fayose Ekiti has told the Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole to keep his mouth shut and stop meddling in Ekiti State issues.The governor said Oshiomhole lacked moral rights to comment on happenings in the Ekiti State House of Assembly, having locked up the Edo State House of Assembly for over six months.

Two German DJs Grow Boobs for 24 Hours to Experience Life as Women

  

Two German radio DJs recently had their chests injected with a 700ml saline solution to emulate female breasts so as to understand what women go through everyday. John and Rasheed, who are actually well-know in Berlin for their strange experiments and stunts, underwent a one-hour procedure with cosmetic surgeon Mark Wolter to get temporary boobs for 24 hours.

The pair, who work for Jam FM didn't care about the dangers of bruising and inflammation as both men opted for a C cup and jumped into bras after the surgery and post their pictures online. As he prepared for the procedure Rasheed said: 'Mum, I'm sorry', while John brought his wife with him for moral support and to supply him with bikinis.

So what exactly are fake boobs and how do you grow them? Well, it’s quite simple actually – just inject saline solution until the area swells up. The duo had 700 ml pumped into the pectoral area to achieve the desired C-cup breast size. The fake boobs were initially hard as stone, but as the doctor promised, they began to feel quite real just an hour later. (see more pix after the cut)...

Kourtney Kardashian calls sister Kim's nude photoshoot "disgusting" unlike supportive Khloe'

Kourtney Kardashian reportedly thinks sister Kim's decision to pose naked for Paper Magazine  is "disgusting". Though Khloe applauded the move and called it brave.(read here and here)

According to In Touch magazine, heavily pregnant Kourtney Kardashian, Kim's elder sister thinks it wasn't right for Kim to bare her bum to the whole world to see knowing daughter North will one day see the photos.

“She thinks it’s disgusting, especially since she is a mother now. She doesn’t understand why Kim would go completely nude knowing that one day little North is going to see it and think it’s alright to pose nude, too.”

Notwithstanding all the criticisms that followed Kim raunchy full frontal nude and naked derriere that "Broke the Internet," being curvier and sexier is all that matters to Mrs. West as she star opened up about putting on weight while she was pregnant with North, in an interview on Australia's 2Day FM on Wednesday, and said she has "an even better body after having the baby than I did before," and she loves it being "curvier" than before.

Nigeria police explain why they invaded the National Assembly today

The Nigeria Police have released a statement explaining why some police officers were sent to invade the National Assembly earlier today (read here), preventing Speaker, Tambuwal and other lawmakers from gaining access into the Assembly ground.  Part of the statement said that Alh. Aminu Tambuwal CFR, arrived the venue with a motley crowd, who broke the cordon, assaulted the Police and evaded due process and the Police had the duty to restore order and normalcy, using lawful means. Read the statement below...(more after the cut)....

Following an intelligence report of a likely invasion of the House of Representatives by hoodlums and thugs, the Nigeria Police Force promptly deployed its personnel to the premises to prevent a breakdown of law and order.

Nigerian Troops Prevent Speaker Aminu Tambuwal From Entering The National Assembly

  

Some 1000 soldiers and policemen have sealed the entrance of the National Assembly in Abuja and physically prevented the Speaker of the House, Aminu Tambuwal from entering. 

The Speaker of the House, who arrived the National Assembly today with a view to preside over the sitting of the House but fierce looking troops posted the stopped him at the gate. There was chaos outside the Assembly complex this morning as police tried to prevent him and other lawmakers from entering the complex. Some had to scale the gates after all entry points were sealed off leaving only one open where many were thoroughly frisked and some turned back. There are allegations that most of the lawmakers turned back were from the APC and teargas fired by the police at some point raged the air as some lawmakers reportedly fainted. Breaking News: Duchess of Spain/World's most Titled person is dead

Spain's Duchess of Alba, known as 'Cayetana' is dead, aged 88.

Duchess who was one of Europe's wealthiest aristocrats, had a £2.2billion fortune died today, Thursday after a short illness.

88-year-old 'Cayetana' was rushed to hospital on Sunday after developing pneumonia. Duchess full name is Maria del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James Stuart y Silva.

A statement released before her death by The Olive Press, a spokesperson for the duchess' charitable foundation said: 'She had suffered a stomach virus a few days earlier but had recovered from it. "Arrangee Marriage Wahala": Saudi groom divorces bride at the wedding when he sees her face for first time

A Saudi Arabian groom has divorced his bride right at the wedding as she lifted her veil and showed him her face for the first time.

The couple, who had not met before the arranged marriage, were about to pose for pictures after walking down the aisle. The groom got horrified by her face, jumped to his feet and said: “You are not the girl I imagined. I’m sorry – but I divorce you.”

ROMANIA: Panic among dozens of female mourners at their "Romeo's" funeral when they discover he died of AIDS

                          

A total of 40 young women in a town of Segarcea, Romania are awaiting their HIV test results after they only found out at the funeral of their former lover Daniel Decu, (pictured above) had died of the virus.

Although Mr Decu-24, was registered as living with the condition, as said, he contracted the condition in a hospital as a young child, but it only became known to the public when an autopsy was carried out and a coroner's report published.

A local doctor, Dr. Cornel Stanciu, their family physician, in the town of Segarcea, in south-eastern Romania's Dolj County, tried to warn people that Decu was suffering from the disease after the 24-year-old had a relationship with his daughter. CHILD ABUSE: Heartless Parents who beat up and WATERBOARDED their three young children jailed in US

 

Lakechia Schonta Stanley, 34, from St Louis, US--pleaded guilty to a total of 34 charges, including incliding whipping, beating and Waterboarding her three children has been sentenced to 78 years in prison. While her husband Andrew Stanley, who pleaded guilty last year to related charges, got sentenced to 160 years in prison.

Lakechia was sentenced on Friday, Nov. 14th, after admitting to putting her children in a prolonged pattern of abuse and several counts of assault and endangering the welfare of a child that prosecutors described as "systematic torture," SLT Today reported. (Read more after the cut)

Lanshan Police of Linyi, Shandong province, China captured a robber on Thursday, Nov. 13th, right after he had returned from the temple giving thanks to the gods for having eluded the police.

BET cancels 106 and Park after 14 years on the air to go digital only

 

If you love hip-pop in a circle, you would be sober when you hear that "106 & Park" has been cancelled by BET.

After 14 good years on the network, BET announced the final episode of its long-running top music/variety show “106 & Park” will air its final televised show this December.

In a media statement released on Friday, Nov. 14th, BET President Stephen Hill said that 106 and Park will air its last episode December 19, 2014, and that the show would become "digital only."
