Brazil: See the Curvy Miss BumBum 2014

Out of the 27 Contestants chosen to represent each of Brazil's 26 states and the federal district Brasilia, Miss Indianara Carvalho from Santa Catarina state emerged the winnner of the Miss BumBum 2014.

Brazilian men love beautiful curvy derrieres and Indianara sure put up hers to the competition (a judging panel of six women and five men) and came out first from the 15 other Pretty bums that made it to finals. She took home £1,500 in prize money, £20,000 in modelling contracts and bag a cheque for £14,000-- is also set to earn hundreds of thousands in appearances and endorsements. Chinese artist made her wedding dress with white face masks

 

A Chinese artist-Kong Ning has showed off her wedding dress made of 999 gauze masks in the city of Kong as a means to increase awareness for Beijing's worsening air. The wedding dress has a ten meter long train.

Kim Kardashian dazzles in a racy peekaboo midi-dress at a make-up launch

Kim Kardashian-Mrs. Kanye West donned LBDs at Los Angeles mall The Grove along with momager Kris Jenner on Thursday for Charlotte Tilbury make-up launch party.

Both Mother and Daughter-reality stars will soon both celebrate birthdays - Kim turns 34 on October 21 while Kris turns 59 on November 5.

Agbani Darego -"No I don't have Endometriosis

The former Miss World turned Entrepreneur,  Agbani Darego has taken to her Facebook and twitter accounts to dismiss the false claims of having Endometriosis, as reported by This Day Live on September 28.

The report claimed that Darego went emotional at the recent Native & Vogue Fashion Week which took place in Port Harbour and revealed to the guests she is suffering from Endometriosis --same thing that has made Nike Oshinowo impossible to carry a pregnancy.

Bridal gown measuring 4,100 metres in record-breaking bid

Mirror-Dress makers have rolled out one of the World's longest bridal gowns - measuring 4,100 metres in a bid to set a new Guinness World Record.

The dress was worn by a model,  out for miles over a flower field in Chengdu,  South West China while Workers at Xiangxunshangu stretched the extra material.

The wedding dress is 1.5 meters in width, measures 1,123 metres longer than the current gown holding the record and comes in at a pricey cost of around 40,000 CNY - almost £40,000.

iPhone Dress: Fusion of Fashion and Technology

   

Elie Tahari an Israeli-born fashion designer has created an ‘iPhone Dress’ as a way of paying tribute to Apple’s latest product offering. The dress is a very basic black silhouette,  made of a special mesh ‘techno-fabric’ that allows over 50 iPhones to be sewn into it.

Tahari said  “I’m inspired by the iPhone, “I’ve always been. The only device I really have is an iPhone.”

The unique dress was unveiled during his Spring 2015 presentation earlier this month at the Elie Tahari Vault on 5th Avenue in Manhattan.

I hope to see a fashion icon make a name for himself/herself in this wearable technology whether it  is a bit of an overkill or not. Just make sure the dress is covered with the latest iPhone unlike Tahari's that carries the obsolete iPhone 5s. In fashion terms, that is so last season! Right?
