The Chocolate Fart Pill: Take the pill and spread the chocolate scented goodness

 

A French Inventor Christian Poincheval-65 (pictured left) has created a sweet smelling pill that makes farts smell like chocolate. The chocolate pill is a new addition to his other products which include pills that make farts smell like roses or violets and fart-reducing powder for pets. And the fart pill sells at $12.50 a bottle (which is equivalent to N2,300 a bottle)

According to Poincheval, who specializes in creating sweeter smelling gas, he got the idea after a dinner with his friends in 2006 where they got booted out of a restaurant for causing a gas attack.

CHINA: Meet 28-year-old woman with a rare 'aging' disorder

28-year-old Hu Juan and a mother of two, from Zhengzhou, Henan province, China was diagnosed with a rare condition called--Cutis laxa--that has made her appear twice her age.

According to reports, Hu's appearance began changing, as if she was aging prematurely, after giving birth to her first child 11-years ago. A rare aging disorder which makes Hu's face to look like a woman in her 60's.

42-year-old Mrs. Juliana Godwin has returned to school and is now a JSSI student of Junior Secondary School, Gosa, Abuja. Despite all odds, Juliana has proven that education has no age limit. According to her story, Mrs. Godwin, is from Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State and had dropped out of school in 1983 due to lack of funds. 

“I had to leave for Jos in 1983, since my father could no longer sponsor my education to secondary school because he had no money. While I was with my cousin, I enrolled in a tailoring shop to learn  dress making. I completed it within a year and  six months. In 2003, I was able to save some money from water hawking. I started pepper and tomato business with N1,000 from the savings. I also went into corn roasting business, but my husband stopped me from the business in 2007,” she told Vanguard.

A 52-year-old grandfather and a Prison Officer--Michael Baxter has spent almost AU$12,000 to get the 203 characters from the popular cartoon series "The Simpsons" inked on his back hoping to win a Guinness World Record.

Baxter from Bacchus Marsh near Melbourne-Australia revealed that he had sat a long tearful 130 hours under the needle over the course of a year. Though Mr Baxter's favourite character was Homer but his tattoo includes all the main characters - including Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie.

US: 'One-in-a-million' conjoined twins born to Atlanta parents

 

A delighted mom and dad in Atlanta-US has welcomed their conjoined twin baby boys who share the same the same body and heart have been born yesterday, Dec. 5th.

Asa and Eli Hamby are one-in-a-million who can never be separated - were welcomed into the world at 7.32am through a pre-planned C-section to mom Robin and dad Michael. According to a dedicated 'Hamby Twins' Facebook page are healthy and well.

'Babies are out and so far they are doing amazing,' an 8am post declared about the 9 pounds, 10 ounce children, 'Both babies crying their little eyes out!!'

Who are Conjoined Twins?

Conjoined twins are two children physically connected to each other at some point in their bodies.

The lowest odds of this happening are 200,000 to one for every live birth and around 70 percent of conjoined twins are female.

Conjoined twins are always the same sex and the form of conjoined twinning refers directly to where they are joined.

The most most frequent are horacopagus (heart, liver, intestine), omphalopagus (liver, biliary tree, intestine), pygopagus (spine, rectum, genitourinary tract), ischiopagus (pelvis, liver, intestine, genitourinary tract), and craniopagus (brain, meninges). (American Pediatric Surgical Association)

Experts think that conjoined twins come from a single egg that fails to separate.

Around 200 conjoined twins are born each year and around half die before their first birthday.

That rumbling means that an electrical signal is being sent to the controller to let you know you’ve been hit. All we’re doing is re-routing that same electrical signal and using it to turn on the blood collection system.

INDIA: Meet 8-Year-Old ‘Human Calendar’ from Mumbai

Aryan Parab-8 from Mumbai India has been dubbed the "Human Calendar."  Looking just like a regular eight-year-old kid at first glance; Aryan can rattle off dates from now till 2068. Odd! but Amazing! 

He’s a mathematical genius with superhuman computational skills. It isn't surprising where and how Aryan picked up such brain and developed it. Little Mr. Parab's parents work as software engineers. They discovered his unique skill earlier this year when he was talking about birthdays and found that he could accurately predict the days of his friends’ birthdays several years into the future. 

Every thing comes with a cost and Aryan's is not an exception. Aryan’s Mother-Rupali Parab said: “My telephone bill is going through the roof because he keeps reminding me every day when somebody has a birthday and gets me to call them.  He is a ready reckoner of dates, particularly those related to national leaders and national events. He remembers the birthdays of every single classmate, relative, friend and neighbour. The other day he pestered me to greet a casual acquaintance over the phone, and I yielded. She was so happy I remembered her birthday that we struck a bond over that conversation.”

There are different levels of addictions and things people get addicted to; both edible and weird substances. Drinking hand sanitiser has made the list.

42-year-old Kristine, consumes up to six ounces of hand sanitiser everyday for about two years and has been abusing alcohol for eight years despite a drink driving charge and a near death experience.

Her mother and sisters say her out-of-control behaviour is destroying their family. As things got so bad Kristine was in a coma for two weeks after her family took the decision to pull the plug on her life support system - but miraculously pulled through. (read more after the cut)....

UK: Double of Happiness--Twins become dads on the SAME day at the SAME hospital

21-year-old, Jeromme and Jarrell Spence (twins) have defied all odds of 150,000-1 to become proud fathers to bouncing baby boys on the same day, in the same hosiptal and by the same midwife on Monday, Nov. 24.(pictured above).

The twins partners, Tegan Compton-19 and Francesca Ashe, also 19, had the same due date of November 26, but neither believed they would both be celebrating on that date.

But remarkably, both gave birth to their sons at New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton in the early hours of Monday, in the Same water pool, delivered by the Same midwife. (read more after the cut..)

Helen Waterson: The Real Life "Sleeping Beauty" dreams to be a bride one day

The fairy tale of Walt Disney's "Sleeping Beauty" is quite soothing and love-filled as "the kiss from the prince (only true love) woke the princess from her cursed slumber--but not so for Helen Waterson from Aberporth in South Wales, who suffers from a rare condition that causes her to sleep for 21 hours a day.

Her tale and version of Sleeping Beauty is heartbreaking and pitiful. Helen cannot remember her first day at school or her first kiss.

36-year-old Helen manages to stay awake for the other three hours only by taking heavy drugs with debilitating side-effects (including poor coordination, extreme muscle pain, facial twitches and melasma, which causes black patches to appear on Helen’s face). She is exhausted and in constant agony, unable to do anything more than struggle to the sofa in the little time she is able to stay awake. Ms. Waterson said:

“At least in the fairytale she got to wake from her sleep.I go through life either sleeping or feeling like I’m sleepwalking. I’ve missed all the important moments of my life. I don’t have a social life; I don’t have a love life. With this illness you don’t live, you just exist.”

Nigeria: 75-yr-old impregnates 13-yr-old girl in Oyo State

According to reports, the 13-year-old girl, is said to have consented into sleeping with the 75-year-old man known as Pa Muse, who claims he wants to marry her and only slept with her twice, has been arrested and waiting to be charged to court.

....Most of the teeth of the 75-year-old man are missing but Pa Muse Alabi is still going strong in meat consumption – both animal and human.

He is not a cannibal, he is simply a lady’s man and goes for young or old, single or married. However, he has bitten more than he could chew as he is currently at the State Criminal Investigation Department of the Oyo State Police Command, where the anti-social behaviour unit is investigating a case of defilement of a 13-year-old girl allegedly committed by the old man, and which has resulted in pregnancy.

Crime Reports learnt that Pa Alabi was doing carpentry work for a lady under whom the victim was an apprentice. The young girl seized the opportunity to tell Pa Alabi to build a safe for her. After giving her the safe, Pa Alabi wooed the girl and she agreed to his proposal. After the first sexual intercourse they had, it was learnt that the suspect gave the girl N200. When she also demanded for a handset, he gave her N1,500 to buy i-tel phone.

UK: Pregnant woman & her partner caught having sex in hospital bed while waiting to have their baby induced

It's odd, crazy and bizarre. A heavily pregnant woman and her partner were caught having sex in a hospital bed in  Bristol-UK while waiting to have their baby induced, 

According to Daily Mail reports: The mother and father were discovered by a cleaner who heard moaning coming from a private room on the maternity ward. The worker told hospital bosses what she had found but was informed there are no rules against having sex on the ward at St Michael's Hospital, in Bristol. The hospital's policy is for frisky couples to put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, The Sun reported. 

Australia: Newborn baby found alive after being dumped in 9ft deep drain pipe in New South Wales

A newborn baby has been found alive in a 9ft deep drain pipe by two cyclists--David Otte and his daughter Hayley--near a motorway in New South Wales, Australia, Mirroruk reports.
The baby boy, who was still wrapped in a hospital blanket was covered with a 440lb concrete slab (It took six men, including three police officers, to lift the slab and rescued him) which however protected him form the temperature in the area that have been over 100 degrees farenheit for the five days after being dumped in drain pipe.

According to David Otte, who was cycling with his daughter Hayley-18, said they heard a strange noise coming form the drain which they actually thought was a kitten. “We actually thought it was a kitten at first, but when we went down there we could hear exactly what it was, you could definitely tell it was a baby screaming. It was a bit surreal actually. How could someone do it? I, myself, have kids and we’re expecting a baby in a few more months so it’s not good that someone’s going through this and has done this to a little one," David said.

Ukrainian Homeless Man with a "SWAG"

                                     

55-year-old Slavik, a Ukrainian homeless man from the city of Lviv, has made waves online with his cool and outrageous fashion choices. Although he is said to be mentally disturbed, he puts together stylish outfits using the various piece of clothing that he picks up from the city’s trash bins and homeless aid centers and changes his clothes at least twice a day and never wears the same outfits. 

Slavik also styles his hair and beard to match each ensemble, and even shaves his armpits!

He was uniquely spotted by a Ukrainian photographer Yurko Dyachyshyn, who was drawn to Slavik's amazing fashionable piece of rags while he was working on a project in the city center of Lviv. Yurko then documented every piece of Slavik's outfits by taking taking photographs of him and paying him $1 per meeting.

In describing Slavik, Yurko said: “Slavik is the most fashionable homeless in the world. He is a homeless gypsy but not an ordinary one. His way of life is different from that of other homeless. He does not carry lots of bags, nor does he rummage in the trash cans. He has a hiding place and nobody knows about it. He keeps the secret of his home.”

"Arrangee Marriage Wahala": Saudi groom divorces bride at the wedding when he sees her face for first time

A Saudi Arabian groom has divorced his bride right at the wedding as she lifted her veil and showed him her face for the first time.

The couple, who had not met before the arranged marriage, were about to pose for pictures after walking down the aisle. The groom got horrified by her face, jumped to his feet and said: “You are not the girl I imagined. I’m sorry – but I divorce you.”
