This Bus isn't run by fuel or diesel--but on human poop and food waste

The bus (pictured above) is an A4 bus service from Bristol to Bath in the United Kingdom which runs on human poop and food waste. It is the first of It's kind to show that human waste can be a valuable source of green energy. However,  started regular service on Monday, Nov. 24.

It is an eco-friendly bus powered by biomethane gas, generated through the treatment of sewage by GENeco Company. With a full tank, the bus can travel up to 186 miles, while producing up to 30% fewer emissions compared to diesel-powered buses. The bus is expected to carry around 10,000 passengers a month between the Bristol airport and the historic town of Bath.

TECHNOLOGY: Blood Sport, an Immersive Gaming System That Takes Some of Your Blood Whenever You Die in a Video Game

Blood Sport is a new gaming system that is set to revolutionize the way we donate blood through the process that involves playing video games. You’ll be so immersed in the game that you’ll hardly notice the blood being taken from you every time you lose a life.

This is completely insane.

Two Canadian inventors Taran Chadha and Jamie Umpherson are the brains behind Blood Sport. They are well-known for gaming-related projects like Shoot the Banker, Surrogaid and Prank House.
Speaking about Blood Sport, they explained that they're “taking the consequences of the gaming world and having them affect you in real life. So every time you get hit in the game, blood will be intravenously drawn from your arm. Nowadays, most video game controllers rumble when you get shot in the game. That rumbling means that an electrical signal is being sent to the controller to let you know you’ve been hit. All we’re doing is re-routing that same electrical signal and using it to turn on the blood collection system.

Y-40 Deep Joy Pool equals a 12-story building

A new pool in Italy holds a world record for the deepest swimming pool ever built and has depths equivalent to a 12-story building.

Straight from Fox News; Y-40 Deep Joy pool is a terrifying 137-feet deep and 59-feet wide. Housed on the grounds of Hotel Terme Millepini near Padua, Italy was designed by architect Emanuele Boaretto, who wanted "to build the best swimming pool in the world."

In June, the Guinness World Records-certified it as the world's deepest swimming pool for scuba diving.  It also has several intermediate depths ranging from 4-feet deep to 40-feet, before plummeting the whole 137 feet. it also has underwater caves for cave diving beginners and a transparent tunnel 16 ft. down where visitors can view the action down below.

According to Guinness, the pool holds 1,135,939 gallons of thermal water and is kept at a comfortable 89.6-93.2 °F. Y-40 Deep Joy pool is currently "used for dive training, leisure diving and scientific research."

iPhone Dress: Fusion of Fashion and Technology

Elie Tahari an Israeli-born fashion designer has created an ‘iPhone Dress’ as a way of paying tribute to Apple’s latest product offering. The dress is a very basic black silhouette,  made of a special mesh ‘techno-fabric’ that allows over 50 iPhones to be sewn into it.

Tahari said  “I’m inspired by the iPhone, “I’ve always been. The only device I really have is an iPhone.”
The unique dress was unveiled during his Spring 2015 presentation earlier this month at the Elie Tahari Vault on 5th Avenue in Manhattan.

I hope to see a fashion icon make a name for himself/herself in this wearable technology whether it  is a bit of an overkill or not. Just make sure the dress is covered with the latest iPhone unlike Tahari's that carries the obsolete iPhone 5s. In fashion terms, that is so last season! Right?
