Queen B stuns in £80 Topshop dress

Beyonce-Highest paid woman in music dazzled yesterday in £80 Topshop dress at the Topshop's New York City opening last night. Mrs. Jay Z honoured the brand and the UK owner-Sir Philip Green and Wife-Lady Green as they hosted the dinner. (More photos after the cut)...
