Family, friends and dignitaries from the Arab world crowded around the grave to pay their final respects following the monarch's funeral this afternoon. Also, Thousands of mourners took to the streets of the capital and Mecca to pay their respects to the late king.
The royal died aged 90 after losing his battle with pneumonia. Some world leaders including Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and Turkey's President Tayyip Erdoganhave were at the funeral. Meanwhile many others world learders are expected to visit the royal family in condolence.
