INEC Official Postpones February Elections - New Dates: March 28th and April 11th

The Independent National Electoral Commission postponed the dates for the general elections from February to the months of March and April 2015. INEC chairman Prof. Attahiru Jega in a media brief yesterday stated that the 2015 general elections has been moved by 6 weeks. Adding that the decision was made after several briefings with various stakeholders notably political parties, security agencies, civil society and the media. He also said 26 out of the 28 registered parties were at the meeting and blamed the postponement on lack of security and collection of PVC (Permanent Voters Card), saying only 66% of the 96% PVCs has been collected

According to Jega, the presidential election will now hold on March 28th while Governorship election will hold on April 11th.
Hahahahahaha....Its not really news but just got to report it because it national, any ways Nigerians foresaw it...Honestly, they should have just let the old dates be...
