Another top Nolloywood actor-Kenneth Okonkwo has joined the 2015 National Assembly race to represent the people of
Nsukka/Igboeze South Federal Constituency
under the umbrella of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Speaking with Encomium Mag. Kenneth says,“Having
consulted extensively with my people from the ward to the local government
level, because I am a grassroots man and having secured their approval
to launch my campaign, I started thinking of the best channel to tell
the world”.
In an attempt to exempt himself from the new Nollywood stars turn politicians wave Barrister Kenneth Okonkwo said he has always been into politics and not
just because some of his colleagues in Nollywood are going into it. But he believes his
chances of winning are very bright as God's grace is on his side and his love for his people stands him out amongst other aspirants.
