EBOLA: Akon performs inside an airtight bubble

The United States-based R&B star, Akon, last Sunday performed inside an airtight blow-up last Sunday in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo-to guard against the dreaded Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).

The performance which was part of a larger free concert held by charity, ‘Peace One Day,’ to help promote and support the United Nations’ International Day Of Peace, witnessed a large turn out of 60,000 concert goers.

His action however, was criticised by a section of the media outlets, who accused him of going to extreme lengths to avoid catching Ebola during a concert in Africa by crowd-surfing inside a giant plastic bubble.

"Ebola virus is no joke."  What do you think?
