Miley Cryus Disses Kylie Jenner's Huge Lips and Former Blue Hair In New Mocking Photo

Funny or Mean? Miley Cyrus (pictured above left) is at it again on her mocking train and this time she's dissing Kylie’s huge lips and former blue hair.
The 22-year-old "Wrecking Ball" star looked more like Kylie Jenner (pictured above right) in her yesterday Instagram photo as she morphed her face onto Kylie’s at the 2014 Billboard Music Award. And dubbed herself “Mylie Jenner!”
Miley is known for mocking celebs on Instagram, but could this be her most shocking one yet? This just coming less the singer mocked Kim Kardashian’s platinum blonde hair.
The funniest aspect of it all is that Miley even shared a photoshopped snap of what a child with her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger might look like. She captioned the photo, “Ew @patrickschwarzenegger.”

Miley sure has more mocking photos up her sleeves...celebs beware. (continue to see more Miley's mocking photos...)

2015 Elections Must Hold Despite Fire Incident - INEC Officials Say

The Independent National Electoral Commission's (INEC) warehouse located at its Electoral Institute along Airport Road, Abuja was gutted by fire at the about 11 p.m. on Saturday and put out at about 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Fears among the electorates that 2015 electoral materials might have been affected were cleared by INEC’s Director of Voter Education and Publicity Mr. Wole Osaze Uzzi, who said that the fire that engulfed a part of the Electoral Institute of the INEC, will not affect the general elections.
He said: “None of the sensitive electoral materials for the presidential and National Assembly elections and the governorship and state assembly elections was affected.”
In his explanation of what must have caused the fire incident, the Electoral Institute’s Director of Security, Shettima Ngiladar, said the fire was caused by an electric surge.
“These are non-sensitive materials that have been banned in the warehouse. You will see it yourself, it is not hidden,” he said.
“It is something clear, this banned non-sensitive materials have nothing to do with the (March 28 and April 11) elections. They are old materials in store that have not been evacuated. These are old stock of non sensitive materials, like bags, envelopes, election forms which were used in 2011. They won’t be used for 2015 elections. Everything here is non-sensitive. Police are on ground and security investigation is on.” he added.

Endorse International Anticorruption Court - SERAP Tells Jonathan and Buhari

SERAP--Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project  has urged “the presidential candidates of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), President Goodluck Jonathan and All Progressives Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari to endorse the global initiative for an International Anticorruption Court (IACC) to demonstrate their expressed commitment to satisfactorily address corruption and impunity of perpetrators if voted into power," in the coming general elections.

In a statement on yesterday, March 15th, signed by SERAP executive director Adetokunbo Mumuni, the organization said that:
“Such a multilateral body will be empowered to probe allegations of corruption in the spending on the fight against Boko Haram, the billions of naira raised under the Victims of Terror Support Fund, and to try other cases of political corruption such as those involving former governors that have remained unresolved for many years.”
“Given that many Nigerians have lost faith in the ability of successive governments to combat high-level official corruption and money laundering, an IACC could erode the widespread culture of impunity and contribute to creating conditions conducive to the democratic election of honest officials in a country with history of grand corruption.”

The statement continued, that; “Some statistics provide that majority of those indicted for international crimes by the International Criminal Court are in custody, facing trial, or have already been convicted. The rest are fugitives in hard to reach areas or dead. That's not a bad track record. There is no reason to doubt that an International Anti-Corruption Court couldn't do as well, and by doing so it would make a big difference in the efforts to combat corruption in Nigeria."
“Large-scale official corruption is so harmful and antithetical to the idea of a law-based society. It erodes public trust in government and permeates critical institutions of governance. But it is increasingly becoming clear that this kind of corruption is beyond government capacity to prosecute as it is unrealistic to expect ‘turkey to vote for Christmas.’ It is thus appropriate for the world nations to look at how international law can be engaged as a major component of the efforts to address the problem.”
“In Nigeria, corrupt officials generally are not deterred by the threat of prosecution. Endorsing an international court to prosecute outstanding cases of corruption will deter would-be corrupt officials from turning public office into a maximizing unit or business enterprise to make money at the expense of the interest of the public. It will also reduce unnecessary political pressure on the government by corrupt politicians who can use their wealth and contacts to frustrate investigation and prosecution."
“Large-scale corruption is not just stealing of a country’s resources and wealth but also a basic issue of human rights. In countries like Nigeria political corruption continues to kill more people than war and famine put together. We believe that high-ranking public officials who commit acts of corruption that lead or contribute to human suffering, poverty, discrimination and other serious violations of human rights are no less guilty than those who commit crimes under international law,” the organization also said.

GEJ Assures Nigerians - Chibok Girls Are Alive And Would Be Found

President Goodluck Jonathan has assured Nigerians that the Chibok Secondary School girls abducted in April, last year by the deadly Islamic sect, Boko Haram are still alive and will be rescued.

The President gave the assurance yesterday while speaking in a live discussion programme, Kaakaki of African Independent Television (AIT) in Abuja.

He said that the schoolgirls had not been killed by their captors, because they have not displayed their corpses.

“We still have reasonable territories in the hands of Boko Haram. We promised that we must get the girls. The good story is that they have not killed them because the terrorists, when they kill, they display." He said
“They use it to intimidate the whole society. “The girls are alive. We will get the girls. “Luckily, we are narrowing down the area of their control. So, we will get them.” Jonathan explained that the military had been reluctant to move in with full force because of the tendency of terrorists to use captives as human shield, saying, “that is why the pace had to be slow.” The president added.
On why it took so long for the military to successfully come against Boko Haram, The President said:

“Yes, agreed that at the beginning, probably we did not really estimate the capacity of Boko Haram; it is obvious. Boko Haram started as a non-violence group led by Yusuf, limited to around Maiduguri area, Yobe. They did not even get to Adamawa. “Just like every group of youths or young people is inclined to criminality, over the period, they expanded their network and linked up with other terrorist organisations like in the North Africa, like Al-Qaeda and other similar brands in the world. So, they continued to build their capacity and it got to a point that, for you to tackle them in the kind of environment they operate, you need some specialised equipment to use and we don’t manufacture these equipment.” He said the government encountered some difficulties at the beginning, including getting the necessary weapons from other countries, adding however, that about 65 per cent of the weapons is available to prosecute the war. “That is why the movement has changed. So, it is not deliberate,” he said. On efforts to return the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) to their homes, Jonathan said the Nigerian troops after dislodging the insurgents, were mopping up the areas already liberated to ensure that Boko Haram did not carry out reprisal attacks, and give the people the confidence and courage to return home"

On the fuel scarcity, He said;
“For the fuel scarcity, we are doing everything humanly possible to ensure it is taken care of. It is very temporary. Of course, the issues of payment are being addressed and we believe that within one or two days, this will completely go.”

Again, Sharon Osbourne, 62 lashes at the Kardashian Klan, this time she hits on Kim. Known for being vocal against wearing real fur, the Talk co-host and mother of Kelly Osbourne couldn't resist calling out one celeb Kim for dressing her 20-month-old daughter (North) in fur.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Sharon said; "I know PETA has asked the Kardashians to stop [wearing fur. North isn't an accessory—she shouldn't be wearing ugly couture clothes. Fur makes me physically sick. And wearing it is a very dated way of showing everyone how rich you are."
North West has an impressive designer closet, with fur coats, custom pieces by Balmain, Alexander Wang, Charlotte Olympia, and added recently to the collections is a bulletproof vest by her father, Kanye West.

Illegal Sierra Leonean Immigrant Who Landed Job In The House Of Commons Arrested For Forged Passport. But The Judge's Sentence Will Get You Crying

An illegal immigrant, who worked in a House of Commons cafe for two months before security noticed she had simply glued her picture onto a fake Swedish passport has been arrested.

Adeyemi Zubairu from Sierra Leone was arrested on 2 January after Palace of Westminster security staff spotted the poorly forged ID document while she working as a casual member of the catering team.

The 37-year-old Zubairu's role at the Despatch Box Café, which she secured through an external recruitment agency, saw her serve coffee to senior ministers, MPs and their guests.

According to Daily Mail, Zubairu insisted she had applied for the job in desperation for cash after her aunt, who still lived in her native country, contracted Ebola and needed medicine.

She was granted a suspended sentence yesterday, March 5th after a judge said she committed the crime for ‘honourable reasons’.
Speaking on the case, Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith said;
"Those who use counterfeit passports to evade immigration rules in this country go to prison for 12 to 18 months at least and those who use them to evade employment strictures for six to 12 months. I think this is one of those cases where I can be merciful and suspend the sentence."

Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith continued...
"You are an over-stayer, you came to this country in 2008 as a student, your visa expired in 2010, you married in 2014 and applied for leave to remain - that leave as it happens has now been granted. You were allowed to work for six months while your application for leave was considered and as part of that application you surrendered your valid Sierra Leonean passport which meant that you didn’t have it in your possession."
"You have a young sister in Sierra Leone and she was looked after by your aunt. Tragically your aunt fell ill from Ebola and obviously required treatment. That treatment cost money. She died on 30 October and I have seen the certificate.

After just 48 hours, the rebellious marriage CV of Indhuja Pillai (pictured above) from Bangalore went viral, with people from as far away as Australia and Canada picking it up.

Baba, You Are A Tenant In Aso Rock, It Belongs To Nigeria - Tinubu To Obasanjo (Once Upon A Time)

The former Lagos State Governor and national leader of the All Progressives Congress Bola Tinubu, yesterday, Thursday, March 5th revealed that though former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, dealt with him; yet "there are no permanent friends or permanent enemies in politics."
Mr. Tinubu stated this at Chief. Obasanjo’s 78th birthday lecture held at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State; when he was called on to address the guests. He said:
“You trapped me innocently with a great wisdom of a 78-year-old. I’m honoured to be here and many of you will see this as a rare occasion but this is an opportunity to pay tribute to a nationalist, a teacher, a disciplinarian and a tutor in dignity and boldness.
“Yes, it is true, there are no permanent friends or permanent enemies in politics. What is common is common interest.
"Once upon a time, some nine years ago, I went to the (Aso Rock) Villa, the President, Olusegun Obasanjo, asked me to walk out and was just abusing me in the papers and I said, “Baba, you are a tenant here. This house belongs to Nigeria. If I get to Ota, you can send me out. I brought file about Nigeria.”
And he said, “That is true, sit down.”

“If I could tell you several events that occurred between the two of us in the interest of the nation, I would write an epistle but today is not for that. But how do you celebrate truly and honour a man who has kept you on your toes? Between Baba Olusegun Obasanjo and myself, what I can say is gratitude from me because you kept me on my toes."

“Each time we disagree on things of principle, I took him to court. One time, as the President, he saw me and said, “You took me to court. We can’t be friends after the court.” And I told him, “I didn’t take you to court, I took the Nigeria President to court.” And he said, “Get out of my way” and I told him, I wouldn’t get out of the way until I get what I want.”

What To Expect When You Visit Aliko Dangote...

, a Forbes Staff that writes about people who build businesses, recently paid a visit to Aliko Dangote and wrote a piece on the Africa's Richest man $15 Billion Empire in an article titled "The Little-Known $15 Billion Empire Of Africa's Richest Man." The story would appear fully in the March 23, 2015 issue of Forbes.

Read part of the article below.....
Aliko Dangote lives as you might as expect, given he’s the richest person in Africa and resides in the same country being bullied by the insidious Boko Haram terrorist group, which finds something noble in kidnapping village girls. Located on Victoria Island, a wealthy Lagos enclave that has a moat in the form of a lagoon and the far eastern shores of the Atlantic Ocean, his mansion comes with all the trimmings: massive black gate, bulletproof windows, Big Brother video surveillance, guards and a secret entryway.
After I enter, a butler motions to a sitting room overlooking a patio and a blue-tiled pool. The three-story fortress is shielded from the 90-degree heat by powerful air-conditioners (themselves presumably shielded from Nigeria’s notoriously unreliable electric grid by diesel generators). Dangote, round-faced with a trimmed graying mustache, appears from upstairs dressed in khakis and a casual blue button-down. The 57-year-old can seem miscast in the role of industrial titan, often speaking so softly that he mumbles.

As breakfast arrives by the platterful, including plantains, smoked chicken in red sauce, diced sweet potatoes, white fish and sausage, he sticks to coy conversation. Whether about his country’s fraught presidential election (“It’s going to be tough for both parties”) or his cement company’s long-delayed overseas listing (“Maybe next year”), he has little to say.
On one subject, though, he is always articulate. “Nigeria is one of the best-kept secrets,” Dangote says. “A lot of foreigners are not investing because they’re waiting for the right time. There is no right time.”

Oprah Winfrey To Close Legendary Chicago-Based Harpo Studios in December And "200-Person Staff" Would Be Layed Off

Oprah Winfrey is getting ready to leave Windy City for good in favor of Tinsel Town.

By the end of this year, Winfrey's Harpo Studios will close its doors in Chicago after 26 years, and all of the operations will be moved to the Oprah Winfrey Network's new headquarters in West Hollywood, it was announced today.
The 61-year-old media mogul, ranked 603 on Forbes' 2015 list of billionaires, personally delivered the news to her staff in Chicago Tuesday morning.
The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) was founded by the former 'queen of daytime' in 2011 in Los Angeles, and Winfrey's executives have spent the past four years traveling back and forth between Chicago and Hollywood.
Two months ago, OWN moved into a new three-story space called The Lot in West Hollywood, setting the stage for the shutdown of Harpo Studios in Chicago.
'[Chicago has] been everything for me. I've spent more hours in this building than I have any other building on Earth,' Miss Winfrey told The Hollywood Reporter by phone. 'We were here when there was nothing but hoes and rats on the street, and now it's one of the hottest neighborhoods.'
The Academy Award-nominated actress and film producer acknowledged that it would be sad for her to bid farewell to her old home base, but she felt it was the right time to consolidate her network’s operations under one roof.
Harpo will stop shooting shows for OWN as of Tuesday, and the studio will officially shutter its doors in December.
Miss Winfrey said in a statement Tuesday that Harpo Studios has been a 'blessing' in her life and she's now 'looking ahead' to inhabiting her California studio.

Today On Spicy Board: What Happens When Mixed-Race Come Together In Marriage

I love twins...be it identical or non-identical. They are just always so lovely.
It is quite amazing what genes can do when it comes to giving birth to children when the couples involved are of "Mixed-race."

Meet Lucy Aylmer and Maria Aylmer-both 18, the beautiful twins that all can tell apart due to their opposing looks.

Born in January 1997 to their mother-Donna, 47-who is half Jamaican and their father Vince, 53, who is white; Lucy has straight ginger hair, a fair complexion and deep blue eyes. While Maria has masses of curls, far darker skin and her eyes are a sparkling brown.

Lucy and Maria have three older siblings, George, 23, Chynna, 22, and Jordan, 21. Speaking about their different looks, Lucy revealed:
"It was such a shock for her because things like skin colour don’t show up on scans before birth. So she had no idea that we were so different. When the midwife handed us both to her she was just speechless. Our brothers and sisters have skin which is inbetween Maria and I. We are at opposite ends of the spectrum and they are all somewhere in-between."
"But my grandmother has a very fair English rose complexion, just like mine. No one ever believes we are twins. Even when we dress alike, we still don’t look like sisters, let alone twins. Friends have even made us produce our birth certificates to prove it. We were in the same class, but no one had a problem telling us apart. Twins are known for swapping identities. But there was no way Maria and I could ever do anything like that. Most twins look like two peas in a pod – but we couldn’t look more different if we tried. We don’t look like we have the same parents, let alone having been born at the same time. Maria was outgoing whilst I was the shy one. But Maria loves telling people at college that she has a white twin – and I’m very proud of having a black twin." Lucy added.
The saying that 'no two individuals are same' is quite true let alone these twins. With different interests as their looks; Lucy studies art and design at Gloucester College whilst Maria studies law at Cheltenham College.

Ebola Would Be Over By Now If "WE" Had Been Properly Included - Guinea Traditional Healers Say

Photo Credit: Daily Mail (Healer Kalifa Lengo preparing to perform the exorcism in the village of Meliandou)

Guinea known as land where witchcraft is sought after more than science for curing illness, traditional medicine men in Guinea revealed the Ebola epidemic would be over by now if they had been properly included in the outbreak response; because they have potions, spell or touch for many ailments Western doctors can't treat.
The virus, first detected last March, in the forest region of southeastern Guinea, information dissemination through the use of modern technology proved challenging, thereby resulting in the disease outstaying its welcome.
Known as "guérisseurs" in Guinea--The president of the association of Traditional healers and imam at the central mosque in Macenta, Karamoko Ibrahima Fofana, said that they have unique access to remote villages. Having a knowledge of the villages, dissemination of information by them would have yielded much more and better result.
"Guérisseurs are often the first port of call for the sick.  We could have spread information on how to protect against Ebola or told people with symptoms to seek help in the treatment centres." 69-year-old Fofana said.
Speaking to Thomson Reuters Foundation in Macenta, Fofana added, "If a guérisseur has been trained on Ebola and is then caught treating a suspected case, they are fined 50,000 GNF ($7), stripped of their membership and reported to the police."

The deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) has infected more than 23,500 people in West Africa and killed over 9,500, nearly all in the three worst-affected countries of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Transmitted through blood, vomit, diarrhoea and other bodily fluids; Health officials are exploring ways to prevent similar disease outbreaks around the world, with epidemics expected to be a focus at a global conference on disaster risk reduction in Japan later this month.

Angry Tinubu To Fani-Kayode - Your “Hallucinations Now Uncontrollable”

National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, has described Femi Fani-Kayode, a former aviation minister, now the Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organization, as a peddler of falsehood hired for a smear campaign against the party, its leader, and presidential candidates.

In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Sunday Dare, Mr. Tinubu said, “Fani-Kayode is not as smart as he thinks. If you read between the lines of his hysteria you see another extreme sentiment: that of surging desperation.”
“His statement indicates that even he now realizes that his pay master has lost to Buhari/Osinbajo. The game is over. The whistle has blown. What the fantasy man seeks to do is change the game. He seeks to run against Tinubu in hopes the outcome will be better. Fani now grasps at straw in the night wind.”

Last Friday, Mr. Fani-Kayode, the Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organization, alleged that Yemi Osinbajo, the APC vice presidential candidate, had sworn an oath to vacate his seat should the party win the forthcoming election.

According to Mr. Fani-Kayode, Mr. Tinubu nominated the vice presidential candidate as part of “plans to come to power through the back door”.

“Tinubu, according to our information, has compelled Osinbajo to swear to an oath that after six months in office, he would resign as the vice president, in the unlikely event that their party wins,” said Mr. Fani-Kayode.

“The wicked plot, as laid out by them, is to force Osinbajo to resign for Tinubu to be nominated by Buhari as his replacement.”

Mr. Tinubu said that the former minister “is on a futile journey to shield the populace from seeing the failures of his paymasters”.

“His statement taken in context indicates that his paymasters will lose the election. They are now worried about what will happen thereafter,” he said.

“The majority of Nigerians have concluded that they have done enough damage to our politics, economy and security; and cannot be tolerated any longer. Rather, they should be voted out by the people. Their journey of lies and deception is at its terminal point.

“It lied to Nigerians and the international community that elections had to be shifted first because of the PVC issue and later it became a security ambush to change the date thus aborting Nigeria’s date with destiny at the polls.

“That FFK(Femi Fani-Kayode) is the best a ruling party can do as a spokesman speaks volumes about the PDP. They are bereft of talent and character. They are filled with lies and chicanery. FFK is simply the worst and most outspoken of a bad lot.”

Mr. Tinubu, however, said that he welcomed Mr. Fani-Kayode’s interventions because they are of such low quality and base character and his utterances frighten people.

UK To Nigeria - Releasing Chibok Girls Information Will Damage Ties With Nigeria

Every Nigerian citizen hope that a useful information about the kidnapped Chibok Girls could be made available so as to facilitate their release. But it looks like this hope is dying off since even United Kingdom is withholding vital intelligence information as regard the more than 200 Chibok schoolgirls--of the Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State--kidnapped by Boko Haram sect since April 14, 2014.

The British government has claimed that revealing details of what it found about the whereabouts of the abducted girls would clearly damage its relationship with Nigeria and other allies, Punch reports.

This revelation came after a UK-based group, Security in Africa, through its founder, Ben Oguntala, wrote the British Ministry of Defence to request for information on the Chibok girls.

Speaking to Punch, Oguntala said, “The information was sent on January 30 this year and the UK government has 20 days to comply. They do have a defence of national security and that would prevent them from disclosing the information. Let’s hope they don’t. If they rely on national security defence, we can raise the matter with the Information Commissioner’s office to determine if their claim of national security is reasonable."

According to Daily Mail, Twice-divorced Sarah(pictured above) met Chris Olsen online 18 months ago.

Despite his numerous attempts to come home so they can be together, she says, he keeps getting arrested on false charges.
Speaking in an interview with Dr Phil, Sarah explained that they speak for hours on the phone each day. Describing the moment they met on the internet, Sarah said: 'An attractive person came on there and said "wow you look like you wouldn't hurt a fly".
