Mother of the transgender teen who killed himself reacts about his death on Facebook

Carla Alcorn, the mother of the 17 year old Leelah (Josh) Alcorn transgender who committed suicide on Sunday December 28th by walking in front of a tractor trailer in Ohio (read here) has taken to Facebook to confirm his death and solicit for people's prayers. However, what she wrote attracted many backlashes from folks in and outside the gay/transgender world.  After the much criticism, Carla deleted the post and removed herself from Facebook.
