No PANTS SUBWAY RIDE is an annual event that has become a gobal "celebration of bizarre silliness" where passengers willingly step into train without pants. This craziness was held yesterday, Jan 11th across the world. Participants were pictured in Berlin, Germany and Bucharest, Romania.
