Amber Rose rocked this white dress to a Golden Globes after-party on Sunday, Jan. 11th while Tina wore hers to her daughter's (Solange) wedding last year. It's the exact same dress. Both women though of different ages are quite endowed with curves But I think Amber's boobs and hips gave the gown more admirable look. Give your say, who wore it better?
